A song normally arrives as a combined mix. AI source separation estimates which sounds belong to the voice and which belong to the instruments. The output tracks are commonly called stems.
Choose what you want to hear
Use a vocal and instrumental split for a simple backing track, or explore the app’s options for vocals, drums, bass, piano, guitar and other sounds. Change the volume of each available part in the mixer.
Go beyond separation
Adapt the key for singing, slow the tempo for practice, or follow automatically detected lyrics. Export a selected part or a custom mix using the options available in your app and plan.
Judge the result by listening
No model can perfectly reconstruct every source from every mix. Hear the demonstration on the home page, then try a recording you know. Listen for vocal remnants, instrument bleed and changes to the sound of transients.
