Import a track you can use

Choose a recording from an available import source in Vocal Remover. Start with the highest-quality version you have permission to process. File formats such as WAV or FLAC can preserve more detail when the original source supports them.

Listen to the vocal stem

Run the separation, then lower the instrument parts in the mixer. Listen for the singer’s phrasing, breath and harmony. Reverb or another sound close to the vocal may remain in the result.

Use the controls for focused practice

Slow the tempo to study a phrase or change the key to explore a different vocal range. Synced lyrics can help you follow the words. Return to the original tempo to check your timing in context.

Export the part you need

Use an available export option to save the isolated voice or selected stems. Keep a copy of the source file so you can compare the result. Separation does not turn a commercial recording into royalty-free audio.

An isolated vocal is an AI estimate

A studio vocal stem is recorded separately before mixing. An AI vocal stem is reconstructed from a finished recording. Dense arrangements, effects and compression can affect the result.
